I was always confused whenever I received a .cell file.
This is because .cell files cannot be opened with Excel.
So, every time, I had to either install HanCell or access the Hancom Office web to check it.
Now, let's see how to easily view .cell files by simply changing the file extension without those methods.
I have provided both methods below.
1. Change the extension to ".xlsm"
First, prepare the HanCell file, then change the extension from .cell to .xlsm.
You can ignore the warning message.
Now it opens in Excel.
The only one you need is Excel.
It's amazing that it opens without any warning messages.
If that's the case, I really wonder why they created a separate extension called .cell.
2. Change the extension to ".xls".
As before, change the extension to .xls.
Just lightly ignore the warning message.
A warning about file corruption or something will pop up.
Just click 'Yes' and lightly ignore it.
Now, You can open it.
